Ooooh, MY dream job is better than YOUR dream job!!! <retch>

 

I'm working on my dream job when I'm not driving. Only problem is I don't get paid.

 

If my ask where did move onto?

 

GrayMule, COTC is Central Oregon Truck Co. And I've already put over 5000 miles on this '10 KW 660 since the 12th, inc being home for Christmas from the 22nd-26th. It's now got 405,xxx on the clock. And although I REALLY miss all the storage that my '13 ProStar had, I'm steadily warming up to this 'old' girl. It's one of the oldest in the fleet, and they're getting something like 35 new full condo 680's next year. So maybe...... just maybe..... I'll get bumped to a newer ride next year.

 

Oh, and my current trip from White City, OR to Lebanon, IN is like 2350 mi in 4 days. Burnin' rubber!

 

Thanks for the reply and you sound happy with your decision to move on from Roehl. I had a T660 with Roehl for about 4 months and there were alot of things that I really liked but, backing up was not one of them. Than just when I was getting used to doing it I got moved to another trk. Best of luck to u and have a Great New Year!!!!

 

Anyone get paid for unused vacation time? I heard that you won't get paid for it if you leave.

 

Chris took all of his vacation time before he quit (thinking that he wouldn't be paid for it), but was told by his FM that they would have paid it.

 

I heard his former FM worked for NASA

 

Yes, I did when I had left after being there a year. They paid it in my final check.
