I understand... But this post wasn't about my close call that is why the title is "what's with the unprofessional drivers?? almost crash" ... I was mostly trying to post about the lack of professionalism in the industry.. My close call was just the explaination of what I was stating the lack of professional drivers.. So this thread pretty much went into a different direction then I though.. I don't care about negative comments, people can say what they please it is after all the internet... This doesn't mean I wouldn't defend myself... I guess it was one of those things where you had to be there to understand what exactly happened...

I 100% agree with that just going off what was explained the way it was explained.

I am not sure if you ever thought about what you could have done different all drivers run into situations such as this.
I feel a good driver avoids the wreck and recovers and the great drivers avoid the wreck recovers then asks themselves if there is anything that they can do to avoid the next close call. (most times there is but not all)

I don't drive the 405 but I do travel though many big cites and four-six lane roads and all of them I have been on you have to be very alert.
I was raised in the rookies of Colorado so I have had my share of close calls (most do to being young, dumb and invincible) and these close calls have added to my (over) cautious view and the reason I slow down as I approach even in good weather.

again Please forgive me if my view and thoughts on this have offended you at all. I might say things in a bad way sometimes.

I have my mistakes and have misjudged distance before so don't think I am calling you a bad driver just hoping the experience can help you improve to an even better driver and avoid the next close call.
