ya it says 12.7 on engine block and 2006 and yes egr

does any one know how much a turbo for this truck is if its a 2005 12.7 and installation cost i think my turbo may be bad

I think they are around $2000-2500, 3 hours labor

man not sure what this problem is but i keep operating until it gets worse

its getting worse and throws code 39 vnt veins not responding i think i am going to buy a turbo someone talk me out of it

When you thank the EPA be sure you thank the group that passed the law in 2004, look it up, They never seen to be proud of what they did,
On the original thread you could, have a broken injector spring, your set could be tight, you turbo could be tight. The CAC could be leaking. It could be the valve for the EGR. -
I had the same motor 12.7 EGR when my truck was doing it I changed lots of stuff EGR valve delta P you name it ended up putting a turbo and problem solved.....

07 ISX did the exact same thing for a year,,, replaced egr , still there.. then turbo blew . Found out the turbo was leaking past the bearings for a long time, fouling up the works. After everything was prof. cleaned out it still had blank moments at first. Then it went away after a couple weeks. 05 12.7 is doing it now but it's parked awaiting trade-in
