The only time I've "turned another driver in" is when I've picked up a relay trailer (flatbed) that was so poorly secured, it was unsafe. I did that only so the other driver could get some help with how to properly secure. If there were a way to get the other driver's phone number without having to go through my FM, I would probably have called him/her directly. I'm not interested in causing other people grief, but I don't want them killing someone in the future either.
Edit: As far as turning left out of the Gary driveway, I'd expect that the city of Gary, ever hungry for revenue, would love to bust drivers who venture down into the no-trucks area. Not only the revenue obtained, but wanting to prevent the rest of 15th Ave. looking like the moonscape that's west of the Roehl driveway.

Fueled at Gary this morning. What a bunch of inconsiderate morons. Why can't drivers just park after getting fuel if they need stuff instead of cobbing up the fuel island AND scale?!?
There was a flatbedder blocking #1 while checking out tarps and then loading them on his truck. He wasn't even in by the pumps to get fuel and when he was done loading he didn't even get fuel. Why don't they drive around the side of the building to do that?
Idiots are everywhere though. After waiting on a train while leaving Gary the other day there was a guy in an SUV blocking the Schneider entrance and with the back up of traffic from the train there were several Schneider drivers on the street that couldn't make the right hand turn while the SUV was sitting there and do you think the guy would back up and let the trucks in? No stinkng way, it was way more important for him to get out first. -
Sitting at shipper in Wisconsin Rapids. No telling when I'll get loaded. Don't even have a dock yet. Gotta be in PA with it by 0830 on Monday. That's not likely to happen at the rate they move around here.

I don't even know why they give me preplans any more. Last several have been canceled right after getting to consignee and then have to wait on new plans anyway.
I was supposed to go to Marshfield and get a preloaded trailer going to PA. Then instead they sent me here to sit and wait for hours to get a live load. I hate driving at night when I wasn't planning on it and I know they are expecting me to take a 10 and then run at midnight. -
Home, then on Monday start temporary dedicated deal the next few months.

Yes. I'm parked right next to another Roehl truck in the back row center. I'll be turning the lights out soon. Have to get up at 0430.
I have my marker lights on and there is a white Kenworth parked on my right.
