Does anyone know if the vigil lightbars can be repaired ?
I have a 1989 FLD120 and the lightbar has blown . I think I can see the faulty parts on the board but don't know if that's all it is .
The other options are buy a good used or new but I believe this will be expensive !!

Bet you haven't got one spare that you would sell have you ?
You could set up a business selling and still make good money !!!!

I do have another one but it is out of a '98, not sure if it will work on your year. I can have my wife look for it and send me the part number.

Thanks for that , I'll see if I can find out if there is a difference and if so what it is .
    A bit of history:
I bought the truck as a non runner so have a few things to sort out . This seems to be 1 of the major problems.
The other thing is I've got freightliner wiring diagrams but can't find caterpillar or bendix vigil ones anywhere at the moment !!
There is a lot of information on this forum though,
freightliner were not really very helpful as they say it is "too old for there system" so it seems picking brains on here and hoping to get help from guys like you is the way to go to get this truck running and looking how it used to !!
Once again , thanks for your help
