Is it a good company to drive for? Good miles? Treat drivers well?

If you don't get all the questions you have answered in the other threads then I'd happy to help! Just a little info though.. They are an awesome company. They are the best one that my husband has worked for and his dispatcher is the best by far. They treat their drivers great. They will fly you to orientation (mostly likely depending on where you live) and put you in a hotel room by yourself for orientation (no sharing). They provide all meals while in orientation. They pay $750 for orientation and it is 1 week long. If you have at least 6 months of flatbed experience than you won't need need the 1 week of securement training following orientation. Assuming you have 6 months of flatbed and at least 1 yr of OTR then you will start out at .40/mile as a level 0 driver. If you have any over-sized experience you will start out at more. They offer a $1500 sign on bonus that is paid out in 3 payments (1st $500 on your first check, 2nd after 3 months, and the last $500 after 6 months). They pay twice monthly via direct deposit, on the 10th and the 25th. His shiny red truck runs 65mph (pedal and cruise) oh and it has a refrigerator in it :). The only single one complaint that we have about them is the miles currently. My husband did well during the summer and up until November. He received under 5,500 miles for the entire month of December. His last few checks have been around half or less than half of what he was making before the winter started. Hopefully it picks back up soon!

Thank you truckerswife. I live between Galveston and Corpus. Sounds like a great company, hopefully I can hire on.
