FedEx Freight is a much more stabile company than Holland. I have been driving since early 1995 and I have seen 100s and I mean 100s of Hollands come and go. Holland is ghetto! 10 years from now you will be half way to retirement at FedEx and the only sign of Holland will their name on side of storage trailers at farms and factories.

My run is only 70 miles each way and mostly dock work. I'm cool with the supervisors there so they normally leave me alone.

Oh don't get me wrong I consider myself cool with them and can BS about whatever but I still know theyd stab me in the back to save them selves. These big company jobs are all like that.
Normally the ma and pa jobs you can be friends with management. My boss at the bar I work at part time has taken us to AC, seaside and other tripsShaggy Thanks this.
