    you think they need someone in the chicago/hammond,in area? once i get my 1 year i was thinking of going here. i wanna work the rails as a o/o but i wanna try it first as a company driver

    Just an update: Things are still going great since leasing on with Comtrak back in August. Miles are steady! Been running quite a bit of loads from Indiana to Florida which isn't too bad, have managed to swing thru the house every weekend in the past 4 weeks so no complaints there!! Have met some cool friendly drivers here at Comtrak and the office staff in Memphis at HQ are all very friendly and helpful as well.

    Any new updates drivers? I too am thinking about going on with Comtrak and have enjoyed y'all's posts. Any updates, good and bad, would be great!!

    wait im confused. why does it say 95% home daily? you think the chicago,il/indiana northwest hammond,IN area can be home daily? o/o or company driver?

    Some loads might keep you out overnight but usually your home every night. As for an update freight still running strong and I'm just coming back from my usual end of year time off.

    Just an update: Still running on the Highway division here at Comtrak! Freight is still steady!! Running alittle more heavier loads than normally but it's keeping the wheels turning. Not too much more going on then before. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!!
