Which pay package do you use (flat cpm, graduated cpm or percentage) and what fleet is the best for miles per week and still get home weekly (regional or dedicated).

    Thanks.

I was asking last year, but I came to work for Dart in 9/2013 and had good miles/pay so far. PM me with phone # and I will answer your questions.

    I drive a 2014 Volvo 670

    truckinfast,
can you have a choice of loads or do they forced dispatch? can you get 2800 plus miles in a week and what does your take home look like on that? Looking at a 2013 or 2014 volvo670 with them. Just did a Celadon lease and that was a joke, had to run 3300 miles a week just to get around $1000 take home. need to be in the $1250 plus take home a week to be worth it. does this look possible with dart? thanks

Jessup on national account you are given a preplan. You accept it if you like it, turn it down if you don't. You do not have access to a load board to pick and choose.

PM me with your number I can give you as much info as your looking for. I've leased with them and owned 2 trucks since coming here in 07. It will be easier on the phone. I've also left for greener pastures once only to come back.

That goes for anyone else looking for info. PM your number I will call you if you like and try to the best of my ability to answer your questions.

I worked for em with a old truck that got between 5-6 mpg gallon I brought in about 250 a day after expenses, now when I say old I mean worn out. I turned down a truck so I could wait on JB regional but that fell through so I gotta come up with a plan C or else my tail is toast.
JB recruiter wanna sell me one of JB Hunt's lease trucks this dude is pushing my buttons.
Back on Dart subject... Dart is a good company except for the owner and his lobbying to get all trucks turned down BS, other than that they are nice people.
You may not make any money but at least they don't cuss ya out, they will run the hell out of ya tho. My truck stayed in the shop which in a way is good or else I may have had to file Workman's compensation due to a bad back because like I said they will run the hell out of ya!
As long as you run you truck slow or leave at the 62 mph by contract setting you could make some money if ya got an iron butt and stamina to boot.
You turn down a load they'll mess with your head and you won't do it no more, trust me...
As far as my pay I could have snagged about 40 bucks a day more if I got better fuel mileage.
Now as far as the lease purchase its a gamble dude a real gamble because you may be looking at a new truck at $500.00 a week just payment alone.
I once spoke to a young man who told me he went through their program and had a nervous breakdown and his body was so wracked with stress he came down with diabetes while in the hospital because he made no money.
Again nice folks but like the proverbial saying goes "###### rolls down hill" and I think that's the problem with lease purchase programs and that is to say the driver is at the bottom of the hill... Always!!!
It takes at least $1.75 a mile just to run a truck leas purchase will gross you $1.31 average with fuel surcharge included.
And taxes you will need to set aside too 15.3 throw in a bunch of bad loads and or weather and Uncle Insane's hearing aid just fell out.
Trust me I have and I'm still on the other side of the green pastures and all I got was ###### on my shoes and Uncle Insane came to my house too!!! Lucky I filed bankruptcy 13 or else I'd have those shinny bracelets on and a free jumpsuit too.
Its your life but take it from me do the math numbers don't lie and many of these people on this site are telling you the truth too. Go to a bank, beg borrow, steal but whatever you do use ya head for more than a NASCAR hat! ;)
