Even how you enter and Exit a Truck .... We got a Awesome Safety man here that takes his job serious! So be friendly honest and serious about trucking.. And you will do great .. they sent me the confirmation email about the interview today. I called my safety department to get my accident/incident report like they suggested. all clear nothing on it. the director of safety said they are gonna handle it personally if I make it far enough for walmart to send off for my info. so back ground, physical and drug screen wont be a problem just got to get past interview , pre trip and road test. they said allow 45 minutes for the phone interview sounds pretty intense. getting a little more nervous the closer its getting to Friday..

Thanks Matt and Gary! Its been crazy day 2 is all about safety with our safey director Joe super nice guy but he can show you the door real quick if you deviate from the policy and procedures. Nothing that I cant adapt to easily in return a good place to end my trucking career. He tool us that he did not know how many applied for my DC but he road tested 50 drivers out of my group and only 8 of us made through the road test . The most common is the backing a lot of guys cant get the trailer in the hole with out almost hitting one of the units next to it. So get out and look as much as possible and check and you only get 6 pull ups most of all do a thorough per trip inspection. if you pass all of that you will become one of the elite .. well gotta run and eat with my fellow group drivers.
