The only law I know of applies to the Emerald Ash Borer and it only attacks Ash trees. Ash can be moved but by permit only if it's not quarantined. That started in MI and spread to the south. Them guys I know running firewood to Atlanta have been doing it 20 years at least. They only haul Oak, Hickory and Cherry.
What about the Christmas tree haulers? -
I would use woodchucks to cut the wood that would even make more money. However, I do not know how much wood a woodchuck could chuck in a day if a woodchuck could chuck wood.lv gn and scottied67 Thank this.

Get a school bus, cut the side out and haul them with that, can't haul as many but think of the fuel savings.

The produce is in the midwest currently. The FL/GA season has been over for almost 2 months.

Delmarva is where the melons should be right now. Labor Day is the end of the season, or at least it used to be.
