Drug Test Privacy Question???

Yes. I had just talked to him myself. He tells me he can and has passed every test he's ever taken. When he questioned the company about his pay they blew him off and the Safety Mgr. told him to go and take a drug test. I guess as some sort of retaliation. He's just concerned about his pay not being correct because some others had told him they cheat their drivers as well. So I guess the company doesn't want to furnish him or others what they get paid on they loads they pay a percentage of. I worked there years ago and it was that way back then.
