I know there's a thread or two about this company but don't feel like looking so i'll start another thread.I was impressed with this company from the beginning when the recruiter called the first time up till now. They put us up at a real nice 9 story Comfort Inn which I rate a plus 10.Every day ate somewhere different for lunch.Monday Mexican Buffet Tuesday:Jimmy Johns Wednesday:Valintinoes and today another restraurant. Can't remember the name but it was delicious.Everybody has been really nice and helpful. The 2 guys who gave the orientation will bend over backwords so help ppl out. They don't want no one to fail..A guy will be going out with a shadow trainer tomorrow. He failed his road tests.A shadow trainer is someone who spends time training only for that day and maybe longer if that's what it takes.I spoke with many drivers and not one had a bad thing to say.I'm pretty sure im going to like it here.I get my trk tomorrow a Volvo.I met my dispatcher yesterday,he looks like a young Dustin Hoffman. He laughed when I told him that. Its been a fun 4 days in orientation.

Sounds good... Are you leasing a truck from them or company driver? Good Luck
-
No leasing,im a company driver.Even the director of operations thinks its a good idea to get to know the company for 6 months or longer before leasing.Four in my class will be leasing.

I now have my trk ,its a very spacious volvo.Too much room, lol. But ill get use to it.I'll be dropping it at a schesters lot temporary till they can find a more perminate spot.I could take the trk home but not day after day.Driveway is too small the road is'nt real wide either.
