Physical questions

I don't drive for Prime but a physical is a physical and in this biz they're all pretty much the same.Doctor will not ask about any claims.But you will have to fill out a questioneer on if you have any illnesses,alergic to anything.High bp vision hearing,that sort of thing.I wouldn't bring up your past injury if you're healed and can still function the same way before you got the injury.Some things are better left unsaid.

 

They ask about any prior workmans comp claims on the questionnaire. I had one they asked about it I showed them the scar on my Palm. Done after that nothing else was said.

 

I'd urge you to ignore advice to "commit a lie of omission." If they catch you in it you're gone... it's easier to jump through the hoops.

 

Yeah well I got tired of waiting and trying to get information, so I decided to move on and find a different company that would actually work with me. At least I'll get to do what I've always wanted to do. Just would be polite if some people returned phone callls and emails instead of just leaving you in the wind.

 

Prime has a sheet for you to fill out in addition to the standard DOt stuff. They will ask about former workers comp things, though ok not sure how much history they want.
