That's exactly what my instructor did. Just don't hit the stop sign or you fail, or the cars whose lane you will tell the examiner you will have to enter to make the turn without hitting the sign.

 

Regardless, it's awesome though. I'm sure more schools do it, and I have no idea if it's illegal or not. I was just messing. Memorize the road and traffic conditions and what not!

Who cares? The person that is spending time and money to get their CDL should care, actually. If it's illegal and they get caught, they will NOT get their CDL, and other repercussions could follow. It's pretty straight forward. I was only joking with him.
