One thing to consider is bright dash lights and other accessories look cool but they actually affect your eyes in a big way. Tired eyes will make you tire much quicker. Bright lights in the cab will make your pupils smaller making you strain your eyes more. It's best to keep dash lights and toys dimmed down. That said I kind of like the smaller screens.

Try it sometime on a dark road. Turn your dash lights down low and watch your night vision double instantly. You'll go Wow! :)

Thanks. I know to you can cancel warning functions, though when you need em you want em! I've tried the switch to "shorter route" many times but it still often misses perfectly good shorter routes.

Not personally, but I had a friend that bought one. He was having issues with it, called me and I suggested to get the Mcnally. He followed my suggestion and returned the Cobra and bought the Mcnally. He's been using it ever since.

YES! I had a Peterbilt with an aftermarket radio in it at one point... I always had two rags in my truck, one to drape over the radio because it wouldn't dim and another to throw over my 3-port charge station because it had bright blue LEDs. Helped tremendously!
I also had a piece of paper/tape over my high-beam indicator because it was very very very bright and would see less with brights since the blue light was blinding lol.

After touching where to, touch the upper left to get to option screen for near destination or on active route.

I thought people that spammed the board to sell their online products were banned?
