His load had to shift, no way a driver would load that unit like that! Not even sure the hydraulics would lift that much over hang!

 

No way the whole top deck coulda shifted!

 

It couldn't of shifted, there is a car right in front of it, it can't go any further forward.

 

If he two chained it's possible! Most of those guys don't secure loads correctly!! If he hit an overpass it possible as well. Top of that car looks damaged as well.
