I'm curious if there are any Truck Stops that provide a place to workout...Treadmill, Stationary bike, elliptical, universal type machine, dumbbells, etc??

Check out this link http://www.tatravelcenters.com/drivers/truck-drivers/services/stayfit-fitness-room . TA/Petro has a limited number of truck stops with fitness rooms. These are your only option.

There is no room for them. The buffet tables and smoking lounges are in the way.
281ric, poppapump1332 and CondoCruiser Thank this. -
Google bodyrock. Great 12 minute workouts that normally only use your body weight. But be warned, you will be made fun of on the cb. Lol. I have those resistance band and I want to get a bike to put in the truck. I also had dumbbells and Im going to learn kettlebells

A few have exercise facilities, but not many. I think Iowa 80 just opened one. Years ago, there was an outfit called Truckers Gym that was putting facilities in a bunch of truck stops, but it never took hold and they shut down after a short time. I still have a t-shirt from there, at home, somewhere

I found some in my travels but almost all were run down. Most of the equipment was broken, even dangerous.

I saw a few in some T/As, and I've seen a few of those taken out because no one used them.
