Roehl Driver Check In Continued

Pacific MO Pilot. Update to Roehl app is interesting. Looks like we're to be on the lookout for new drivers and customers now. I'm using it to send a photo of my 'brown' truck and see if they'll pay to get it washed! Ha

I was told that being I don't get to terminals my FM could authorize a truck wash (tractor only)

 

I never understood why at Roehl they though it was the Driver's job to find potential customers. My job was to drive their truck, that's it. Don't they have people for this or did they get rid of them to save more money. Lol!

 

Ellenwood for the night. Picked up a co-driver and headed to NC with a relay tomorrow.

I got messages telling me to turn in paperwork for loads this week. I sent back if I actually got routed to a truckstop that took it instead of the Hudson T/A only. How about the J at exit 10. My stuff is cut too short to just stop and scan. And unless Roehl is chipping in to help pay my data plan, I'm not using it unless I have to.

 

Got the same messages. Not everybody has a smart phone. Nothing I can do if I'm not around a TS that scans or a terminal. Not sure what they expect.
