air ride adjustment

    I've got never valve with 2 bolts kinda one on top of another. I've loosened them, but valve wouldn't move. What am I doing wrong?

    The valve adjusts by pivoting on one bolt so if loose don't try to move up an down just pivot the valve that should do it
