    I am not sure a lawyer can keep it off your record. Even warning tickets get included in this CSA stuff. And I agree that it doesn't sound like something that should effect you too much anyway. But it is your call.

    i just see it hard to pay 500 bucks for a 200.oo ticket seems to cost more thant its worth

    If it isn't on an inspection, it's not on CSA. If it's just a local yokel writing tickets because he took the wrong way into a shipper, then I'd probably just pay the ransom and call it a day.

    Just pay it because the city needs that money nd they don't care about your record nd stuff nd the cop didn't mean it but remember they tell them truck drivers make a lot of money so
