What's the difference between OTR and line-haul? I've also heard of heavy haul. Don't understand the difference between these terms.

Over the road (OTR) is basically your tipical go were the loads are driver. Line Haul usually has a dedicated route that he runs constantly and heavy haul is a driver who haul heavy loads, those that would scale out over 80k pounds, or those wider than the trailer thus needing special placards, flags, lights or a spotter.
