I haven't heard one success story yet in regards to someone getting something removed from their PSP. It takes an act of congress and an appeal process to get something removed from it. That would mean your company still had hard evidence and a reason to report to DAC. With a dispute HireRight would of removed the mark unless the company proved otherwise with hard written evidence. So they do have something.

I would pay $10 online and get a copy of your PSP. Then you aren't relying on someones word.
