Does Trans Am Make you LEASE

I went thru orientation at Transport America and its a farce. They have this HPE test (human physical evalu) so pass some fail and some that fail still get put on with company, ie: someone I know failed because they couldn't stand on 1 leg for 30 seconds, but there was a couple that had worked for them for 6 months and took 31 days off and came back that failed the test but because the safety director knew them he saved them from being sent home, also there was a woman whose blood pressure was way out whack from the HPE tests and they offered her to go to training to get it under control. So just a word they play favorites. non of this is hear say it came from the people them selves.
