Jefferson Iowa. This drive sucked big time. They closed I-90 in MN from Albert Lea to SD border. Was only doing 5-10 mph at times. Finally cleared around mm165 going south in IA. There was a CR England truck going north on southbound side of 35. No clue how they did that, even with the white outs. But parked at the cons.
-
Yikes, that would be a freakout. So they literally passed you going the other way on your side?
-
Yep, they were in hammer lane. I got on cb and told them they were on the wrong side. They came back saying I know, and aske how far the next exit was. It was about 4-5 miles.

That pic we were at a dead stop because of visibility. It was around 15:00 and sunny out.

If you actually treated your fuel the truck will start. Mine sat for over 36 hrs in the cold and it started up this morning when I went to check on it. I also have a kill switch for the battery on my Cascadia plus the APU still monitors things even if power is cut off.Dark Squall Thanks this.

Went to shipper and got loaded early. Still have 2200 delivery appointment for tomorrow. Hopefully they will reschedule as I am only about an hour away.
Parked for the night at the Loves in Pittsboro, IN. It's extremely windy here. -
That's crazy. He must have come up an exit and would have to exit from an on ramp. I hope he didn't hurt anyone.technoroom Thanks this.

We were all only going about 10 mph at the time. And in line playing follow the leader. Everyone had flashers on etc... Quite a few trucks and cars off the road too. That truck in front me I saw later on in the ditch.

Had similar conditions yesterday on I-86 in NY. Had one car almost spin out under my trailer, but he was able to pull out of it and then stayed way back. Got passed by one truck that had to be going 70 and I have no idea how he kept it on the road. I know he couldn't see a hundred feet in front of him. I hope he didn't kill anyone. Everyone else just stayed in line and stayed safe.
