    what kind of growth is available over there? I have 13 months otr most being flatbed. I like the pet policy there. and if I remember pay is percentage based and is it only flatbeds or is there step decks and what not?

    We are growing rapidly. We generally require 2 years minimum over the road experience with at least 6 months of it running flatbed. Pay is 27% of line haul.
