I dont normally mention personal and family stuff, but last night/today kinda put me on the edge, with what went on. How I only went off at the office idiot this morning is beyond me to be honest, and he deserved it. Non the less though, I would have normally held my tongue.

I have this new bad habit of buying lotto tickets and either never checking them or losing them. I've always been so frugal that I never wasted money on lotto tickets but now I've hit an age where I buy them but I'm do jaded I don't even bother to check them.

 

Sorry to hear about your mother Martin. I will say an extra prayer for you and your family tonight.

 

Martin don't know what to say, words cannot express how sad I am to hear that. I recently lost a family member to lung cancer but he smoked his whole life. Then there are good folks like your mother who never deserve such a horrid thing. I'm so sorry to hear that, my deepest prayers are for you and your mother this night.

I never had anybody demand my money. Had a few doing their best to convince me to let them polish my chrome and aluminum. The ones that talked me into it worked hard for it, sweat pouring off of them in the blazing heat. They earned that money, even though it was a company truck.

 

Bad deal, man. Hope she makes it through. I found out recently my grandfather had prostate cancer and he didn't tell anyone till he was already through the chemo for it. Well, he's still kickin so we're ok, I guess.

I had had a guy polishing my stuff on my truck one time without asking (he was doing a good job I just didn't have the time) he had got my bumper polished out nice (I kept it up so he didn't need a buffer) he then told me that'll be a hundred bucks I looked at him and told him he volenteered to polish it I didn't want it polished.
