Try doing a search - at the top of the page in the blue line. I put it in and 4 popped up - didn't read them, but there is something there. Good Luck.

No, This company has a DOT rating of 93. 100 is the worst possible score. This is due to internal issues within Baylor. The safety department is responsable for keeping Baylor and the drivers running within DOT regs. But the company just runs the safety team off if they try to may them dispatch within DOT regs. A very resent event had the OWNER'S daughter slaming the Director of Safety against the wall. A long time employee was knocked to the floor when he tried to stop her. The Director left immediatly. The company has 2 owners, Bob and Beth, and their daughter and nephue hold high ranking positions. Ben (the nephue) is Head of Operations. Ben cares little about the needs of drivers and will over ride his staff and leave a driver hung out with out thinking about what it will cost. I hope any driver thinking about driving for them is ready for disappointment.

Baylor safety rating has improved through the years. The company has done a lot of things to change and keep up with the trucking industry. From pay package guarantee. To new owner op percentage pay. The company is still one of the better family owned and operated companies out there. I'm I saying it's all rainbows and sunny days no cause that would be blowing smoke but when I say they do work with there drivers that I can hang my hat on

How in the world do you know this? Did you personally see all this? Lmao. Just another tall tale from the world of truckers tales. The sad part is some people believe this garbage. Lmao.

Okay, first let me just say that one of the things you agreed to in becoming a member was that you would not insult others. Your statement is clearly calling me a liar and saying that what I have to say is garbage. that is highly insulting! I know this because I was once employed at Baylor and I have close friends that worked in the office. Although I was not in the room when everything happened I had multiple sources that gave the same information to me. What I did see myself only made it more clear that what I heard from many others was true. Even the mechanics were talking about what happened because the police were called to investigate. I know about what happened with safety because it happened to me. I have to say this much. If you doubt me then just say that you can't believe what I say, but calling my statement garbage is rude. If you want to find out what Baylor is like just drive for them and find out for yourself. Oh and by the way... If my goal was to lie and hurt Baylor then I would have called DOT and made claims with them. My goal was to warn drivers about a problem end company and allow people to hear what I knew. That is why we join this group after all. We are here to lift fellow drivers up and not put them down or hurt them. Please remember that in the future.

One more thing for anyone that believes my motives are not pure. I have retired from driving. I still hold a valid CDL but choose to stop using it. I clearly gave detailed information that shows I have direct knowledge of the company so think it thru for yourself. I would only post this to help drivers out as it no longer effect me directly. I hope that anyone who reads this knows that they can message me for any reason and get all the info for themselves. I have more proof about what they do to drivers if I need to share but I thought what I said was enough to help. Be safe out there we all need you to make your delivery and make it home to the family. Don't let bad companies force your hand and pay the high price for their insanity.

I'm not calling you anything! What I meant by garbage, was all the crazy trucker stories at the truck stops and on here. If you drove or drive you know exactly what I'm talking about! Drivers think a US Marshal will beat up a dot cop. Lmao. I meant no harm to you at all! Have a good day!
