orientation first week for me at Spring Valley having 7 million mile cook out Pork Chops for the next two days ...Oh boy! getting a lot less nervous about the job change. my last name got me the bottom seniority boo hoo but they put the Spring Valley back on the web site there trying for six more drivers.
pretty great getting a raise after 1 day, hope that happens every month lol

finally made it back to Missouri. thanks guys!!! I met matt the night before my road test, hellva nice guy. I was stressed out and pretty nervous while I was waiting in there to take my pre trip road test. was going back and forth wether I wanted to do this or not. then tom took me on the pre trip/ road test, he made me feel completely comfortable then all the nerves went away and just blew right through it. when I got back everyone in the office congratulated me. they made me feel like I already had been there awhile. they all were just about as friendly as you can be. needless to say by the time I left the dc parking lot I made my mind up. first applied sept 8 th so been a long road but its about over now. thanks all of you guys on here I appreciated all your tips and feedback.

 

I saw the sign for that , guess ill miss that one but ill be there for the next one. they said I was number 4 that made it so far in this round pending back ground checks. so depending how fast that goes and if they have enough for a class. maybe feb 24th if not march 10th.
