    Can someone please tell me where/ HOW i can file my quarterly report FOR NY

    Can I do it online?
    my home state is CA.

    You should get a quarterly report to fill out in the mail. Do you have an account and the sticker to prove it? I file my quarterlies online like stated before.

    They don't send a quarterly report to me anymore. I have to call and get one sent (I have a copy on my computer that I fill out n print tho)
    the number to call and order more quarterly forms is:
    (518 ) 457 5735 that's the NY state hotline for a few things; so listen to the menu and you'll get what you need.
