Had 2 DD15s so far with a/c issues within the 1st 50k miles. Fair warning.

I got the leaking windshield and my low voltage alarm goes off within a few hours of using the espar even this they are brand new as of 11-7-13 Alliance AGM 730 kkas. Overall I really like the truck, could it be better sure, but I haven't been in the garage except for batteries. Runs good, rides good ( front axle air ride :) looks good, very good fuel mileage. I just need an APU.

Are loads very greatly and I idle at night due to the low voltage alarm, but I'd say about 7.7.

I'm driving a 2013, non Evo, but there are a few things i can relate.

Heater works great, sleeper seems to gain or lose a few degrees, enough to notice.

The electrical system sheds parts of the load in stages, each stage has an alarm that sounds before power gets shut off, it is in the manual as to the order in which they are shutdown, and the voltages that must be reached.

I'm checking the battery connections next time I start it cold, because I think one or more of the battery connections may be bad as in corroded. It's not hard to check if you think to do it, but towing it into a heated shop to warm up so it will start isn't the way to find them. Block heater seems to work one time and not the next, Going to check on that later, before the shop guys come in tomorrow.

First stage is reached in a few minutes and the beeping starts now running the blowers and running lights with the engine shut down. That isn't right.

This is my a second 13 cascadia, the first one had lead batteries, they lasted 140k with heavy inverter use. This truck has AGM, warrantied at 98K miles, would not pass load test, the current ones worked OK until temps dropped, run MN., WI., etc. I wonder if AGM batteries drain of the first 5 or 10 percent of voltage quickly, thus setting of low volt alarm. I have no issue starting truck, cranks fast.

I'd love to get 7.7 on my Coronado! Not even close.

Try the scan gauge, most likely 0.5 improvement, maybe more. I got 8.0 running I35 S, only had 20k in the box. I also have FASS system installed.

Why would I try the scan gauge? It won't show me any more than what my Coronado shows me, from the factory.
And other than maybe finer filtration. I'm not sure I buy that FASS does what it says it does.

Oh and I'm routinely at or near 80k.
