Here's the deal we have log books for my company. I take out the staples and punch holes with a 3 ring puncher than put in a binder and do that way. One if the other drivers at my job was saying you can't do that. I was thinking I could. I basically just made them loose leaf. I only did it cause it has out companies name preprinted. What do you think? I can't find anything that says no good.
Can I punch holes in my log pages.

You can draw circles across the bottom if you want. Heck turn it over and write a letter or fold it into a paper airplane. DOT don't give a #### as long as it's readable and you have it.

Yep, been making my loose leaf by punching three holes in them for long time. No issues.....

I always bought the cheap $1.00 log books, took out the staples, and put it on a clip board the same size as the log pages, and put the recap sheet and last seven days logs on the bottom of the stack. D.O.T. has never said anything to me either.

I do it on the top edge for the preprinted forms and along the long side for the ones I print off.
