I dont keep mine on top of the deck. Look at first pic. Stand and ramps are put away under the deck.
Also.. for anyone interested. The ramps double as load levelers. I have stake sleeves you slide on them. Then just put a 4x4 on top and lay your load how ever you need.

Hurst, are yours stored on the side? Or are you wanting a better location? Ever thought of caster style wheels mounted on one side . I've scene some nice off road style casters.
