  1. Um, spoke with our (soon to be terminated) payroll person who has assured us our scanner is fine, only change is the cover sheet. Still going to trip pak. Now whether this is only for the older drivers that scan or not I don't know. Not sure if anyone knows what's going on.

My payroll rep advised me Trip Pak is no longer to be used. Said we had to use Transflo now. Yes, different cover sheet, which I have none. I've always used Trip Pak, never scanned before.

Same here (talked to payroll clerk)... New cover sheet, still scanned to Trip Pak 'for now'... I'm sure things will continue to change... Now if you don't have a scanner, then not sure of the steps needed...

I received messages on all of those things, though not much detail on the new scaning procedure. I know that the kiosks in the Swift terminals have tutorials though. and, I believe that info can be accessed through their website, but I haven't tried it yet. Accessing the kiosk is with your driver code as a name and the last 4 digits of your SSN as a password and I believe it is the same for the website. FYI: my driver code did not have a "D" in front of it for this, but I'm not sure if that's just an O/O thing or not since they already use an extra digit.

You should get a cover sheet in the packet that also has your stickers in it. Only one though, so I guess we have to make copies.

I realy hate stuff like this. No one drives perfectly all the time, so the snapshot they get of you driving may be at a time when your not fully on your game and this defines you to the company. You may want to check these folks out.

Saw a day cab swifty pulling a central trailer out of champaign illinois. I was told by several dms that this wouldn't happen. So I guess it is. So if you see a swift reefer trailer grab it up!! Lol. Jk. Idk if we are allowed or not. But we should be able to. A trailer is a trailer.

add a d to the beginning of your driver code and your password is the last 4 of your social. If you haven't talked to dispatch and gotten your QC switched over you'll have to do that before logging in.

I tried to call yesterday and couldn't even get the phone to ring over there. About to hop in my truck and see what I can figure out.
