Hang on. You have posted some different terms. Read one way you are not going to be driving soon. Read another way it isn't to bad.

Is this what happened. You have a CDL A issued by the state of Indiana, while driving in Ohio you got a ticket for reckless driving. You went to court and the court gave you a suspended sentence. You have to complete a driving course and pay a fine but you will not have a conviction? That is usually something a lawyer has done for you. Is that the case?

I am removing this posting myself as I am too confused to offer good advice.

If you are hold a CDL from Indiana and you gave the cop your Ohio drivers license, you are in more trouble then you realize. Get to a lawyer.

How can your license be suspended in OH if you have an IN CDL? You have one or the other but not both.

I take it you went to truck driving school in IN. You surrender your OH license when you get your IN CDL. Then you have 30 days to transfer the IN CDL to a OH CDL.

Something is messed up here? :smt017

Did you get the charge with OH then ran and got the IN CDL while waiting for court?

    Dinomite Thanks this.

i think it would make more sense if the OP gave us ALL the info, because either things dont add up, or nobody that has replied to this thread knows what their talking about (besides the OP)... im going to go with - some info being withheld
