freight must be good in this area, all the truck stops and rest areas are packed on the 99, stopped at the FlyingJ and this is the most packed I have ever seen this TS, had to search out a spot even bobtailed.

 

Here in El Paso. Showed up at customer this morning, and it was a drop. Has been for some time now. Now taking 2 days off here. I know that I needed time out of the truck. My nerves where shot along with my being able to be patient.

 

Got called for a random drug test and that I had to report to the clinic within 1 hour, sheesh just woke up and cant even go get my coffee. Sitting at the clinic right now waiting to be called after downing a bottle of water along the way.

 

Be careful drinking a bunch of water before the test. It can cause a failure due to a too diluted sample. They figure by drinking a bunch of water that you are trying to hide something I guess.

 

Or quite the opposite ... California can become roach motel ... truck can get in but they can't get out. So they're filling up the T/Ss.

do o/ops l/ ops have to provide randoms? When I was a company driver I had to provide like six in 18 months! 3.5 years leasing no requests at all to proved sample?

Yep ... I've done it once in 3.5 years ... have friend that gets called in about every 4 months.
