Parked for the night at a large Petro.
Trudged a half mile thru heavy snow.
No doubt, with bills in tow.
Once inside, discovered they have no Transflo.
Swift, you fcking blow.

Hello all, I hate to here about the BS you guys are dealing with. I'm glad I jumped, to he'll with swift. I'm perfectly happy driving for Western Distributing transportation. Not to try and start anything but you guys are way better and as a general rule were taught better than swifties. This is why all the micro management seems so pointless and stupid. Anyhow next time the big blue Kenworth rolls your tail on I-80 hit him on the radio it may be me. See ya on the big road.

Sigh... Still on home time... Got the old stickers off, waiting until tomorrow for a touch warmer temps to put the new stickers on... Not looking forward to trying to get fuel, and playing with the macs... The O/O don't have any fuel routing (contractor vs employee), so the fuel card best not be locked!!

what a horrible day. 4 hours later a reply from otrm comes in for help. cant fuel reefer and cant fuel truck. this is bad. swift called me like 3 times today and sent so much macros. i never ever had central call me or send me bull crap macs.

We spent 3 days ay WVC. Got in a 34 at least.
QC got switched, stickers put on although the 'S' promptly fell off on one side, Lol.
Major confusion on all the DM's part. I have to say though they are trying, our take on it is that they are all trying to cover their butts while (unsuccessfully) trying to keep us from getting too freaked out.
Yes, all the new macros are a pain and all messages are redundant. Micro managing.
O/O fuel cards seem to be working ok, no issues for us ( fingers crossed).
Also got DM changed back to Dedicated, which might help with transition.
Our thought is roll with it for a while.
Could transition have been easier? You betcha. BUT look at it this way, For Swift what better way to weed out those that won't play well with others? It could always be worse.

Anyone else have problems with their pay yesterday? Called at 9am to issue direct deposit. Nothing on it. Get ahold of payroll. They say we are working on it. Try again in the afternoon. Call around 1500. Still not on there. Call payroll again. They say there was a glitch in the system. If your money was supposed to be direct deposited it went on your card. If it was supposed to go on the card. It got direct deposited. So I thought. Ok. No biggie. I was gonna direct deposit it anyways.
so midnight comes around. Check my bank. It's not there. Call Comdata. Enter card and pin. It says. Welcome to your new Comdata card!! Wtf. So I had to redo my pin again. Then the money was on the card. Ok let's direct deposit it now. Hit direct deposit. Enter the amount. It says. I'm sorry. Direct deposit is no longer set up on this card.
So now I have to set up direct deposit all over again. And for this paycheck I have to drive to my bank a half hour from my house to deposit the money. So much for direct deposit info carrying over like I was told it would by payroll.Arkansas Frost Thanks this.
