Well, the first thing you need to learn is to not equate criminal activities with violations of the traffic act/legislation... criminal court ≠ traffic court.
Secondly, while many drivers do their best to act in a professional manner at all times, including travelling at safe or legal speeds as circumstances dictate, even the best driver may have an inadvertent temporary lapse and marginally exceed a posted speed limit, especially in the case of speed monitoring of a zone strategically designed to elicit the greatest number of violators. It would be unfortunate for said driver to have an otherwise exemplary record blemished by such a minor oversight. So, a friendly reminder that legislated professional pickpockets are about is perfectly reasonable.

I've quit bothering to flash my lights at oncoming trucks...more often than not all they do is flash blind me. Assuming I'm just blinding them for no reason at all. Its like a knee jerk reaction on their part, instead of assuming speeding trap, cop or something to be aware of in the road, they AUTOMATICALLY jump to "that driver flashed me for NO REASON"!!!. BAM!! BRIGHTS!!.

Ah.... so it's perfectly reasonable to equate traffic enforcement with professional pickpocketing... via cherry picking an extraordinary example...? I suppose it would be perfectly unreasonable to suggest the vast majority of motorists violate speed limits deliberately, and habitually. -
And there is the 1st Amendment rub; no one other than the flasher can know what their flashing is intended to convey.

Although I don;t agree, i thought the reasoning cops could ticket flight flashers was "conspiracy to commit a crime". Helping someone speed without getting cought is the same as telling someone how to rob a bank and not robbing it yourself. I'm glad to see freedom of speech trumps consperisy in this case.

Please help me. My brother in law is a hi way patrolman, my son is runs road blocks for the INS, my other brother in law is a sheriff, while my second son is a local police officer, and my first cousin is a DOT officer. They have all gone missing. I call 911 but it just rings off the hook. I am afraid something terrible has happened to them. If anyone has seen them, please, call me on channel 19 or if you don't have a CB, flash your lights at me.
