Sort of. The name of the business I'm developing is called The Technology Room. (No, not the Facebook page that some guy in the UK has.) It's something I've been doing on the side for a number of years, now going to try taking it to the next level. And you guys thought I was listening to techno music in a room. Well, I do that too but it doesn't bring in any money unfortunately.

Wonder when my RDTC loan is paid off? It'll be a year on Feb 15th and over 120k miles. Hmmm

511 miles today. My best this week. My first 3 days were pretty pathetic, about 200 each.

 

I recently reached the 60k mile milestone and according to the tuition arrangement, should get 1/3 of the loan forgiven. That's still a great deal. (It took me longer to get to 60k miles because of being on the hometime plus fleet, as well as being a flatbedder where more time is taken up by load securement etc.) I plan on talking with Kim in recruiting either tomorrow or next week to finalize things and pay off the balance.

With 120k miles you should not owe anything on the loan anymore.

Maybe they are having trouble with keeping dedicated intermodal drivers, so overflow going to rest of the fleet.
