TA Baltimore. Dropped at the cons late this aft, picking up in VA tomorrow, then off to sunny Georgia... We've been running our butts off this week. Great miles.

    Bayle and goblue Thank this.

I'm thankful that the good Lord took my foul mouth away 15 years ago, or it would have really gotten ugly. I probably would have made up a few foul words unfit for print or Sunday school. Now days I just try to be more articulate and sometimes raise my voice, but that's about it.

Dixie/Pilot @ IL I-55 x145, for the last time (in a while). Man this place has good food.

Relay my load in Gary tomorrow, then hopefully pick up another relay going to Marshfield, then done.

I actually can believe this. Prior to driving around the country I probably would have been more skeptical, but not anymore.

I really liked working for Roehl up until these last few days.. I have multiple issues with my truck, mainly the bunk heater doesn't work anymore, the air line under the driver's seat is leaking air and only the two front drive tires spin even with the differential locked so I get stuck in snow constantly. I was at Gary last night and they are so behind I couldn't get the truck in and I had an 8am appointment at the cons this morning. My fleet manager was going to have me go back to Gary after the appointment but seems he was overruled or something and got a load to Winchester Va. Well I drove the 170 something miles to the place and literally I was just about to pull in and get the load cancellation message. So I drove all those miles plus dropping an empty at a place and bobtailing to the dollar general dc in Marion,IN for no pay. I thought this company was about safety? Apparently not when it comes to the driver's safety. Sleeping in a truck with no heat in subzero temps is inhumane and it seems the people above my fm could care less. I just had to get on here and vent a little..lol Take's alot to make me whine but these last few days put me over the edge..Anyway's i'm at the pilot on I-57 xit 240 picking up a trailer in Effingham and delivering in Green Bay. They could atleast send me south with no heat but noooooo send the poor guy to Green Bay! lol

that will be 2 bottles of anti gel and two sheets of toilet paper for you!

Haha. someone in the boardroom made that toilet paper decision. I wonder if the rest of the board has secretly nicknamed that individual the toilet paper Grinch..
