Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

It can't be good. With multiple training facilities around the country and 20-40 people starting every week it doesn't speak good of success.

Wish I still had the copy of potential earnings they gave a guy I know who decided to go to England, It showed on a 3300 mile week, After paying all expenses, the take home was $1500.00, Problem was, the fuel usage was 1 tank of fuel, 200 gallons of fuel, Don't know about you but, I doubt I could get 3300 miles on 200 gallons, just to many holes in their calculations
TruckDuo Thanks this. -
So if we bump that up to a realistic 500 gallons(6.6mpg) and lets just say he's great at buying fuel and averages 3.50/gal. That 1500 becomes $450. Looks like he's breaking even around 2700 miles.

A little research can go a long way.... and help avoid lots-o-BS. For example, just take a look at part of England's current safety report that's posted over on DOT's website:
C R ENGLAND INC (DOT# 28406)
Based on a24-month record ending January 24, 2014
Total Unsafe Driving Violations: 1,537
Total Vehicle Maint. Violations: 5,751

Needless to say, that's not a very good looking record and CRE prospects might might to keep that in mind before signing-up to join that school/company.
Shaggy, HotH2o and hardworkinman Thank this. -
See its ok for them and other carriers but a driver ,they lose their privledges immediately.Just one of a million things very unfair with this industry.
Shaggy Thanks this. -
Working for CR must be so cool, I mean think of all those lease purchase drivers who pay them to work there on every check!
-
How does C.R. England stay in business?
-
Any driver that hasn't done his or her research on this company deserves to learn the hard way
hardworkinman Thanks this. -
Stay in business? They laugh all the way to the bank. They have made an art form of getting drivers to work for free or even paying for the privilege of driving a CRE truck.
