As for MVR's....your state will tell you that a conviction disappears in a certain amount of time (in Iowa 4 years for tickets and accidents, 12 years for DUI)---but anyone can find any information, from any where, and any time. I had a DUI nearly a quarter of a century ago...and companies still hold it against me or at the very least mention it.
So when an application asks: Have you EVER lost your license for DUI...I (to this day) HAVE to say yes---or they will catch me lying and deny my application.

24 years and I am STILL paying for that mistake! Murderers do less time.

“Has any license, permit or privilege ever been suspended or revoked?”

and the OP probably lied about that thinking they could not find out otherwise. This would make him a bad applicant, not Hirschbach a bad company.

That would be Joslin, IL. exit 6 I believe. They are also sitting at the Tyson plant in Waterloo, IA. all day. Oh yah....and they sit at the Tyson plant in S. Sioux City, NE. all day too I'm sure.

Genie Trucking in Mt. Holley PA. Went back to age 16 on my DMV in PA. They ordered a Certified Driving Record which takes you back to day one. Asking me questions about things that happened in 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84. I went to DMV and ask if that was legal was told if they pay for the certified report they can have my driving history. That is a load of cow pie. I have had many companies go back 10 years but this is ludicrous..!!! That was in 2009.

 

Tell me something guys I know this is a hirschback thread but what you think about starting with Westside transport in Cedar Rapids, IA. I live in NC is that a good ideal to travel to this company as a starter up. Thanks
