lift axle on low pro step?

    any of you guys runnign a lift axle on low pro? Seems like the tire would not be raised high enough causing it to bottom out and flat spot alot.
    Think it might do more damage than good.

    Oh boy, meant to post this on f.bed forum not HH. Can a mod move it.

    If flat spotting is actually happening during braking you can plumb it up with pilot valve to cut the brakes to that axle when it's raised.

    Probably not worth the worry though. ABS should keep it from locking up when you are rolling.

    I dont have a lift , I wanted to install one but got to thinking about flat spotting tires. Thats why I was seeking input

    I have rear lift axles on a couple of my Lopro extendables and I don't have much problem with flat spotting but we only use them when we are empty so that's probably a difference.
