Really? My 1st of two '05 ISXs I took to 500k. The 2nd to roughly 750k, with no can issues. Maybe I was lucky? From the looks of that $$$...I certainly was.
    I'm in a DD15 now.

I think the cam problems are more with the 2008 up models since they are putting more soot back into the oil but not sure. I can tell you that when the soot crystallizes it is abrasive as hell!

Wow! That's the first I heard about that scam. But it doesn't surprise me. It sounded like the Turbo 3000 scam all over again. And people STILL buy it!

Anyway, the technical info in both sales pitches just don't make sense to anyone who read Popular Mechanics as a kid, or has the least amount of education in science, psychology, or sales BS tactics.

For all the guys that gave Ben (Ben Talamantez of San Antonio, TX) your money for nothing, and wonder what he did with your money. Here's a nice picture of him deepsea fishing. He's been at his game for a long time, and looks to be living large by manipulating people.

    Check him out:

    I hear you.
How well do you know the Bible and how well versed are you in science?
Have you ever considered that the entire collective knowledge of all humans is not even a 1000th of a billionth of a percentage of all knowledge.
So if the Bible is the word of God then God is and created all.
So therefore its not surprising that it does not make sense to an individual human trying to use their myopic very limited and distorted perception of reality.

I was however referring to this statement."Anyway, the technical info in both sales pitches just don't make sense to anyone who read Popular Mechanics as a kid, or has the least amount of education in science, psychology, or sales BS tactics." as related to Micro Blue.

I believe you will find many here that agree with you that both the Ecotaz and the Turbo3000d devices are as you claim scams with similar pitches. I have tested both on my truck and removed both due to lack of results.

Around 100 degrees which was around 30 degrees cooler than before the MB treatment.

My MBed tranny does not get over 190 degrees even on the mtn. grades that used to soar over 230 to 250 degrees. Also a lot smoother shifting.
