Class Action Law Suit in the works!!!!

There are still some jewels out there. Some big companies are good. Some medium-sized companies are good. Some small companies are good. The key is to stay away from those that have figured out how to use slick marketing and such to lure the unsuspecting into their domains. These outifts must continually lure drivers in because they lose those they already have in droves. If these companies began trying to keep the help they already have today, they'd not need to beg for new replacements tomorrow. But begging is what they want to do. Losing their vets is their preferred path or vets wouldn't be lost. The outfits wouldn't allow it.

 

Here's the deal...I OWN the forum. I will NOT get into a politically correct argument with anyone. I reserve the SAME right as Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, James Carville, and the rest of their ilk when I say I MAKE the rules and they don't apply to me when I don't want them to. What's fair is fair, LOL. Oh, BTW, what does "is" really mean? Anyone ever figure it out yet? And, to me JOKERS is NOT an insult...just like is is not is, or WHAT is is?

Yes, jerryl sent me a nasty e-mail and threat (go figure!). That's the type of person he is and I will NOT put up with it. I called HIM out (Baack...and you know what I mean) and was proven right AGAIN. Of course I didn't reply as it was yet another argument and bickering. The one who started this post has every right to say what he thinks. It is up to HIM to prove it, not us. Jerryl even threatened to file a complaint with my host (which is me as I own the server, DUH). For WHAT? Opinions? Sheesh people are going nuts anymore. This is America and people have the RIGHT to their opinions. Some of the stuff people e-mail me is downright NUTS.

 

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I would love to read some of those retarded emails you get full of threats. People these days have no sense of self control or basic human decency. It's a sad, sad world we're living in and I don't see it improving anytime soon.

It just amazes me that some of the same things that happened on the playground in grade school are happening everyday by "adults" on the internet "playground". It's pathetic.

 

I was told at the beginning about how many cutthroat drivers there are out there. im used to it. i was in the pritning buisness for years, i have been stabbed in the back countless times by the lowest forms of humans imaginable.i try to avoid all drama. i wouldnt backstab someone. to better myself. unless! unless! the dirtbag stabbed countless people in the back allready. Karma is my almost ex mother-in-law.

 

I USED to be an IMP. I USED to have my own site. I got sick of the whiners and the moochers who thought they could get in some advertising for free on the sneak, and especially those who thought they could squash the truth.

 

I think codger has a relavent point as well, why is it that this industry has been allowed to sink into the sub-human area? You could put a lot of trucking names in the same spot Werner occupies, I believe most of it because I witnessed it first hand. Still, from a legal standpoint, most of it is hearsay without some proof, and if you have proof and play your hand before the court date, that would be foolish. I am not shure that even the creators of this site know where it might go, or might not go but if the effort is never made, then nobody will know.

I agree...the way people act anymore is beyond words! Well, we ALL know Werner is a crap company and I would NEVER work for them so the one who started this thread DOES have one point that most ALL of us know to be sure. I don't mind "venting" and the like as it's actually healthy to do really...but those higher-than-thou people that come in and act like they know it ALL and nit-pick CONSTANTLY on other's opinions just pisses me off. They NEVER want to listen, or understand, but rather try and act like they are above the others.

Make NO mistake...some DO have ulterior motives in here (of course they won't admit it though). And you're right...it's like a bunch of kindergärtners trying to deal with them at times. Sigh...talk about frustrating! So, from now on we will NEVER put up with a "pro1driver" type like jerryl again...there is simply no sense in it.

 

And therein lies the reason why I said this site will be here 5 years from now and will still rock.
