Short day, called it quits in Amarillo as I was marginal to make it to Wichita Falls and KNEW that there wouldn't be any parking there if I got there around 8:00. There's not much (that I recall) between Amarillo & Wichita Falls and I much prefer to overnight at a truck stop. Got the truck washed.

Tomorrow with be a long/busy day. 360 miles to final in Mesquite, TX, then 40 miles down the road to Ennis, TX for a live load back to Amarillo with delivery on Thursday. Then I'm off to Muleshoe, TX for a load to SoCal that has enough time on it that I can take a 34 AT HOME enroute. Life is good!

That's because the last time I was in Lathrop the Central drivers were going through the truckwash repeatedly trying (in vain) to get their trucks clean.

Was glad to hold the MT. Thanks for dropping the loaded trailer EXACTLY where I wanted. Quickest t-call drop-n-hook I've ever done.

steve...except for the hand wash in mira loma terminal...all the automatic wash takes about 2-3 trips to get it mostly cleaned lol. so i just hand cleaned the windows. and the mira loma wash takes to freaking long to get in

Hold off on that. The current version of HDMI doesn't support 4K, and they're still working on the details. The new standard isn't even in draft yet. I know that there are multiple color depth issues being debated, so there's a chance that any 4K TV you buy today may end up being incompatible with the final standard.

At standard living room sizes and distances, the increased resolution is pretty much wasted. The increased color depth, however, *is* very noticeable. Increased contrast, dynamic range, and truer colors (and no banding!) are all very apparent.

If you want to drop some serious coin on a TV, get an OLED...

    Sparks, NV at the terminal.
Got my b-service done today, and I only got here last night.
Much better than waiting 3 days at Sumner for the same thing last week.

And now I have a load out to Aurora, CO for home time with my girls - delivering at 0200 for a live unload - on the day I requested.
I hate the 0200 live unload, but I like getting there on time.

Sitting at an indie truck stop 20 minutes north of the Neenah, WI terminal. Live load a mile away tomorrow morning, heading to Texas.

Nice truck stop; has a Subway and McD's. Free WiFi, too. Too bad it's not on the Swift fueling network.
