melton 2014 update

Same here. I have gone out for 8 weeks once and went home for 7 days.

 

True, but if one of us sees us doing something wrong then have the respect to come up and say so. Instead of making a cowardly call to someone else..ESP if it is securement. That could save trouble/accidents down the road. When I first started with Melton I had a couple guys come up and tell me that I needed to fix my securememt to be safe and legal. And I appreciated it.

 

I have had my pre-pass for 2 months. Best $17 a month I have spent. Well.worth it. Since Melton has a good safety record I get pulled into scale about 5% of the time.

 

My truck has one. But not all of them.have them. I don't even notice it anymore and the red light has never been on. At night or when not driving I put my ball cap over it for privacy

 

How do you get it set up? No one in Tulsa could tell me how to get ez pass.

 

For pre-pass go to the web site. Just do a Google search. The transponder is free. They mail it to you. And you do all the registration on there site. You need to have your vehicle reg, IFTA, everything you need is in you black binder that's in the truck. I set up an auto payment. Transponder room about 3 days to arrive at the house

I got a strap across top and around the base of it.

 

It would be nice if I get hired on to get loads that pick up or deliver in California. I recruited in Santee, CA and the one thing I miss about being in California is the food. In N Out is a pretty darn good restaurant!
