Maybe be I should have drove teams....hahahaha:biggrin_2559: The teams are getting that almight bonus but they aren't getting any miles. I talked to two guys that got back from doing teams splitting .34 a mile and were getting 5-750 mile loads. They told me basically they were going through what I was because all the good lanes were taken. I might take your offer up on a 9 dollar an hour job is I was to stay at Werner...lmao me me me I I I. #### right I'm going to tell my SDM I want to get routed to the Allentown Terminal when I know I'm going to be going home. Who wouldn't? I'm the driver I'll do what I wNt when I have had absolutely enough. I was taking home time just to get to allentown when I love in Massachusetts. I'm no idiot I knew they were going to send me in the opposite direction because that's what they do. Sorry I'm no puppet.

Funny, I know plenty of other teams that are running Denver to Atlanta, Denver to El Paso to Dallas and back, and they're getting their 3,000 miles+ a week at .34 a mile or higher depending on their experience.

Also, Werner doesn't have a dollar tree account. They have Family Dollar store accounts which require you to unload your truck. Secondly, when you signed on for that they informed you would be unloading your own trucks for this account. You obviously AGREED to these terms. Otherwise, they wouldn't have sent you out on this account. Also because it's dedicated, they pay you a higher cpm because the miles aren't as much as OTR. You either weren't paying attention or didn't read the description. I've seen the same thing on Werner's E-Portal. It's all there if you just read and pay attention. But it's apparent that you DIDN'T.

My routes with my trainer are all drop and hook and I WANT to unload for the exercise and to make that extra $100. Why? To stay in shape, to stay active and because I want to be the best I can be at my job and MAKE MONEY and because I am ambitious!

John Wayne is dead. Long time ago Werner was a stand up company. I can say we were treated like family. All our needs were met. Good miles/money. School boys/ bean counters have taken over. I was management also. I could say a bunch of bad things, but it would not change anything. If your smarter than the rest be an owner operator. If you want a secure life, be a company driver. The only thing about it is. You go home on a bus. OO's go home in their tractor. Your choice.
