    I started Regional with a 2013 Silver Cascadia right out of the gate. Of course I had to go recover it from Houston first, but it's better than some of the Centurys I've seen with Regional on the doors.

    My century was running 65 on cruise so they took me out of it and said I deserve a new truck lol

    Anyone else having issues with their preassignments showing up on their Qualcomm? I just got a message asking me when I was picking up my load, when I don't see one assigned. Sent a message back saying I haven't been assigned that load, and haven't heard anything back.

    Yeah I see it on there. It was added yesterday. I've been on home time and usually check the day before I leave to see where I'm heading to. I see the load info on there, but it's not on me as a preassignment in the truck. You'd think it would've shown up sometime between then and now.

    call Qcomm support. They can see if the truck is communicating and when it last has. I figure being off , it shutdown and has since rebooted but ran into an error? Logs show correct though? still can mean WF side isnt and requires the reboot.

    That has happened a couple times to me too ( preassignment show up on crossroads mobile app, but truck qualcomm is blank) I just call dispatch and tell them to resend it to my truck.

    Well it's communicating some how, since I got an email message asking when I was picking it up. I just rebooted it...hopefully it works. All my logs are correct and I have full signal on 3G and Wifi, so hopefully it was just a screwup on their end. Ended up calling
    and getting them to re-send the load info.

    can happen anywhere. at anytime. They say you can press and hold the "speech" button in the upper right corner for like 15-20 seconds and on release it will reboot the screen. Thats supposed to clear up most issues. Not always though. Theres a driver cabcard that has qcomm fixes on it half sheet pf paper size? look at the OCs resource section. Or ask the drivers services desk at Dallas they should have some on hand.. I have found its a good idea to get all these handouts you can. I bought a plastic folder to hold them in has several pockets inside.
