Been getting tightly scheduled load so have not had time to read here but thank you for asking HTQ. I am suppose to get new victim(student) Thursday but did something really stupid last week so we will see. First I have to see what the out come is and what everyone really knows then I will post what I did. Some may find it funny some will find me stupid. But I will find out Monday or Tuesday as they will see the video tape.

    HometimeQueen Thanks this.

We're all stupid from time to time. Me, I somehow lost four $20 bills this week. I don't know how or where, but probably doing something stupid.

Hang in there, jaso ....Running reefer is hard enough on drivers, so don't be too hard on yourself. Days and nights get switched constantly, you end up having to park at the customer's, or a rest area, or exit and entrance ramps ....then you add in tight schedules and this winter's horrible road conditions.... and then you add in the fact that you are trying to make a living and make lease payments. You're a good driver and a sincere driver that tries to make a difference for his students.

Well, finally had my 3rd little mishap (they come in 3's, doncha know), the other day so maybe I'll have smooth sailing for awhile. To recap, there was the deer that committed suicide by truck and the gator I ran over that tore up 2 airlines. I'll preface this last little incident by saying, I'll do ANYTHING I can, to avoid doing a blind back. The uturn I made, in a very confined space, tore up a fairing. Oh well. Wondering if I'll have to pay for it.

By "gator" to you mean trucker slang, the tread of a retread tire that you ran over in the road or the animal an alligator? Just curious.

Are you driving a T700? I did not have to worry too much about cab fairings on my 660 but I do with this T700.

Blind backs need spotters. It ought to be a law.

Hmmm...maybe someone could train a dog to sit in view of the driver on the right side and help out. Could happen; they do it with "seeing eye" dogs.
